Simulators, Not Courses: Why AI Enterprise Training Needs Flight Decks

The AI training market sells knowledge. Enterprise AI demands judgment. Fifteen simulators across three tracks - governance foundations, CAIO leadership, and AI project management - reveal why the future of enterprise AI training is not a course but a command environment where every decision is recorded and nothing is forgiven.

The AI training industry has a $20 billion problem: it teaches the wrong thing.

  • The board asks for a governance framework by Thursday
  • A regulator requests evidence of model validation for a decision made six weeks ago

Every one of these is a judgment problem, not a knowledge problem. The team knows what a hallucination is. They do not know what it feels like to be the person accountable for one inside a $200 billion institution.
