Evidence that travels

A single Personal Evidence Record — like leading a project — can be reused for performance reviews, promotion cases, and interview stories. One achievement, many futures.

The application room

The individual controls the mapping. The AI suggests — the human decides. No black-box scoring. No opaque ranking. The candidate sees exactly what evidence supports each requirement and chooses what to include.
